Product Review: 10-Day Transformation Cleanse

With PCOS it has always been difficult to lose weight...  Well, I am happy to say that I lost 23.4 lbs in 20 days on this product.  I did the 10-day transformation cleanse followed by 10 days of maintenance, alternating eating healthy one day and the cleanse on the opposite day.  I also just started my 2nd, 10-day transformation.  (detailed blog about my full journey coming soon)

As a whole, I really LOVE the products and the results I have gotten so far.  The idea is to cleanse out your body of all the junk we tend to put in it, and fill it with nutrient dense super-foods.  While waiting on your package to arrive you start cleaning up your diet: getting rid of coffee, caffeine, processed foods, dairy, etc. and start adding in more healthy options.  On the 10 days you follow a pretty strict, but super easy, schedule on when to take your products and what types of foods your allowed to eat.  Over all the entire program is super easy and worth it.   I would say the only con is cost, it averages $28 a day so if you are use to eating out all the time, you might actually save money.
Let me take a moment and break down each item:

"Master Amino Acids - Very simple to take, you take 5 at a time with water.  Take 1st thing in the morning and 2 hours prior to eat power shake"
