Bear Creek Park is a huge park filled with lots of picnic tables and lots of open land. Surrounding the soccer fields is a paved track that brings you around to a mini zoo and playground. I went during spring break time and there were lots of people out and about. Due to the lack of shading, it is easy to get sunburned. I walked the swampy trail first, so my shoes and socks were soaking wet during my walk. I managed to walk 7.03 miles, but had to do the last lap in my flip flops.
